Dong Ding Oolong comes from organically controlled cultivation in Nanjing, Fujian, China, and was harvested mid-May 2025. Originally from Taiwan, this Dong Ding oolong is a premium version of that oolong, made from the Qingxin Wulong variety (Green Heart Oolong). Grown at an altitude of 1,050 meters, the tea matures slowly.

- Mid-palate: warm notes of roasted chestnut and caramel
