Genmaicha Matcha Iri Genmaicha is a soft blend of roasted and puffed brown rice and sencha. The Matcha covers the Sencha leaves and rice, and provides a fresh and soft taste. The rice, this tea is rich and hearty flavor of roasted cereal or coffee, but the freshness of Matcha and Sencha. Balanced, full of flavor and smooth. The matcha tea is light green in color, such as Gyokuro's. The sencha is used for the first harvest, and of excellent quality, which makes it genmaicha matcha-iri exceptional. In Japan, this tea is popular for everyday use.
