Xi Hu Long Jing Dragon Well BIO
Xi Hu Long Jing Dragon Well BIO, Pre Qing Ming, High-End green tea from organically controlled cultivation from Xi Hu, Hang Zhou, Zhe Jiang, China. The dried tea consists of small, long and thin (flat) leaves with dark brown, yellow and green shades, the traditional "Cao Mi (brown rice)" color of Long Jing tea. The "Yu Ye" (fish shaped leaves) indicate the first harvest of the year. The tea has a bright pale green colour. This tea has a distinct smell and taste of sweet nuts, with an eggy taste, characteristic of a beautiful Long Jing tea. TIPS: When brewing Chinese tea in a gaiwan, always leave a little moisture in the gaiwan between each infusion, remove the lid from the gaiwan during brewing. If you want to pour the tea again later in the day, keep the tea leaves to be poured again under a layer of cold water.
