Japan Matcha Uji Chef's Grade Organic from Uji Tawara, Japan. This matcha is primarily made with the Yabukita variety. Not just for cooking, this organic Uji matcha is designed for integration. Its higher polyphenol content and robust aromas are preserved in everything from ice cream to pasta and a robust flat white.
Use: pure, 60° to 70°C water, 80 strokes with the chasen, Usucha: 2 grams, for Koicha: 4 grams. Remove air after opening and store in a cool, dry and dark place.
