Mi Xian Honey Black Tea
Mi Xian Honey Black Tea, from Luye, Taitung, Taiwan. The tea variety used has small leaves. The elegant, natural honey-like note is the result of the infestation of tea leaves by a small grasshopper. The tea leaves are picked by hand and then carefully processed to fully oxidize this black tea. The tea has an overwhelming honey and caramel character, a deep and round taste with a clean aftertaste, with a fresh tingling fresh (mint) aftertaste in the throat. Also excellent for preparing cold brew.
