Our new Milk Silk Oolong, Milky Oolong (Jin Xuan) comes from Ming Jian, Nantou. This tea grows at 400 meters altitude and is harvested in May 2015. The variety is Jin Xuan (TTES12). The tea is naturally floral and creamy (milky). With tap water gets the fragrance of tea and hints of nuts. This tea is grown on a small scale and grown naturally by Mr. Huang. He and his family are the first tea farmers that started about 15 years ago with the natural cultivation method of tea in Ming Jian. The small tea garden Mr. Huang is now run by his son.
On one of the pictures you can see the difference between source and tap water, both tasting nice, but completely different.
