This green tea, made with beautiful, small, curled leaves, comes from the Kanchanjangha Tea Estate and Research Center (KTERC), Nepal's first organically certified tea garden, established in 1984. The 95-hectare garden is located at the foot of Mount Kanchanjangha, at an altitude of 800 to 2,300 meters above sea level. Farmers' Green Tea is made only from the top leaves and terminal buds of two tea plant cultivars, Tagda-78 and SK-1, which generally have very small leaves. The result is a delicious buttery sweet tea with floral notes and a savory base, perfect for drinking in one go.

| Brewing eastern | For Nepalese or Indian tea use 4 grams of tea per 100ml of water, water temperature between 90 and 95°C, steeping time 4 minutes, for a strong cup 5 minutes. |
| Cold Brew | Cold infusion, use 10 to 16 grams of tea per liter of cold water. Let the tea steep overnight in the fridge, 12 to 15 hours. You can vary with the proportions for example to add sparkling water afterwards. |
| Shelf life | Store this product cool, dark, dry and airtight; after a year the typical fresh taste can develop into a mellow taste. |
