Yunnan White Moonlight, Yue Guang Bai from, Si Mao Yunnan, China. This tea is made from the tea variety from Yunnan, Da Ye (Sinensis). The name Moonlight comes from the unusual large impressive dark leaves that represent the dark sky at night while the velvety lighter leaves symbolize the moon. The opened, dark leaves are very large and the precious buds show many soft, silvery white buds 'pekoe'. A smooth, spicy, sweet white tea, with a touch of chocolate.
