This is an authentic An Ji Bai Cha, hand-picked and processed in a traditional way and is limited available. The cultivar is Bai Ye Yi Hao. Often this tea is classified as a white tea (Bai Cha), technically this tea is green. When the tea is prepared, the leaves become almost white in color. This tea has a very light, smooth and pleasant taste, reminiscent of lime, asparagus and lily, the tea has a citrus-like fresh scent, a touch of vegetation. The tea has a fresh, sweet taste, and is long lasting. The tea can be re-infused several times.

| Brewing western | Green/Yellow tea: Use 2 grams of tea per cup (200ml) and brew cool, around 70°C, allow to steep for 2-3 minutes and infuse at least 3 times. |
