This tea is produced in the Tai Mu moutains, Fujian province. White tea has a clear and smooth taste and a pure and elegant fragrance. In the course of time, the enzymatic reactions are to provide a unique flavor. After three years maturing it is called a medicine, after seven years, a treasure!

Brewing guide: to suit personal taste, of course • Water 70-80 º C. • approximately 2 g / cup, 10 g / pot • approx 1-2 min • keep in a cool, dry and dark place. • Recommended :-) multiple infusions.

Brewing westernWhite tea: Use 2 grams of tea and brew cool, around 70°C, allow to steep for 3-5 minutes and infuse at least 3 times.
Brewing easternUse 3 grams of tea per 100ml of water, the water temperature is between 90 and 100 ° C and short steeps of around 10 seconds. It's best to use a small teapot or gaiwan.
Cold BrewCold infusion, use 10 to 16 grams of tea per liter of cold water. Let the tea steep overnight in the fridge, 12 to 15 hours. You can vary with the proportions for example to add sparkling water afterwards.
Shelf lifeStore this product in a cool and dry environment; this tea still develops for at least 5 to 20 years.
