Honey Oolong Tea, from Nantou, central Taiwan. The tea variety used, Chin Shin, has small leaves. The elegant, natural honey-like notes are the result of a small grasshopper attacking tea leaves. The tea leaves are picked by hand and then carefully processed to make oolong tea. The tea has an overwhelming honey and caramel character, a deep and round taste with a clean aftertaste.
