A caffeine free blend based on dried herbs that according to folk medicine traditionally have a calming effect such as, for example, valerian. It is very easy to prepare tea, strong or limp, the taste remains very pleasant. The ingredients used are: Greek mountain tea, valerian, lavender, rose, eucalyptus, lemon balm, verveine and real vanilla.

All our blends are each time made a small run, not an annoying job between all the delicious scents. The ingredients used are: Greek mountain tea, valerian, lavender, rose, eucalyptus, lemon balm, verveine and real vanilla.

| Brewing western | Herbal infusion: Use 2 grams of herbs per cup (200ml) and brew cool, around 90°C, allow to steep for 2-3 minutes and infuse at least 3 times. |
