Himalaya Summer Snow White Tea, smallholder, from Ilam, Nepal. This white tea was picked in the summer of 2023. A ripe full-bodied tea, velvety soft on the one hand, but rich and lively with muscatel, floral and fruity notes on the other. Keep the tea leaves under a layer of cold water between pours so that the tea does not oxidize further.
This tea is produced by the young tea maker Vivek; He and his parents own a small tea garden of 0.11 hectares and sell part of the unprocessed harvest as raw material to a larger tea processing factory. He also saves part of his harvest to process it himself with skill, just like his mother, who used to do this on a smaller scale.

| Brewing western | White tea: Use 2 grams of tea and brew cool, around 70°C, allow to steep for 3-5 minutes and infuse at least 3 times. |
| Cold Brew | Cold infusion, use 10 to 16 grams of tea per liter of cold water. Let the tea steep overnight in the fridge, 12 to 15 hours. You can vary with the proportions for example to add sparkling water afterwards. |
| Shelf life | Store this product cool, dark, dry and airtight; after a year the fresh taste develops into a more mellow taste. |
