Ye Sheng Bai Hao, wild white tea
Ye Sheng Bai Hao, wild white tea from Hu Lin, Fu Ding, Fujian, China. This tea grows at an altitude of 280 ~ 400 meters, comes from a single deserted tea field and is picked in early spring. The variety is Xiao Bai Hao (small leaf). This tea is hand-picked and processed as you can see from the beautiful whole buds. This tea has a beautiful deep golden yellow color, full balanced flavor, a nutty character (fleece), reminiscent of freshly cut aubergines. A very smooth tea that only becomes more intense while re-steepiing.

|Brewing western||White tea: Use 2 grams of tea and brew cool, around 70°C, allow to steep for 3-5 minutes and infuse at least 3 times.|
