Cinnamon Oolong Tea, from Taiwan. This oolong is roasted and then placed among the cinnamon for about three weeks. Lightly roasted tea has the property of easily absorbing odors and that is what happened here. A full, warm cinnamon flavor, which is nicely balanced with the Oolong tea. The cinnamon has a slightly fruitier taste than the cinnamon rolls we are used to here, in short, a delicious winter tea.
