Hemp tea from Grunn. Hemp leaf (Cannabis sativa L.) tea BIO, from organically controlled cultivation from the province of Groningen, the Netherlands. This tea is made from the leaf of the so-called fiber hemp and is finely chopped. The leaf has a beautiful olive green color and gives a sweet fresh taste.

This tea is made from the leaf of the so-called fiber hemp and is finely chopped. The leaf has a beautiful olive green color and gives a sweet fresh taste.
Our hemp has a THC content of 0.05% that is 4 times lower than the legal (according to EU regulations) maximum of 0.2%
The hemp herbs combine well with Lemon verveine, Greek mountain tea, Mint, Meadowsweet or Bai Mu Dan white tea.
Hemp was once the seventh agricultural crop in the Netherlands and still has many applications today. The seed is used to bake (gluten-free) bread, as chicken feed or to press oil. The fibers are carded, spun and woven into textiles, canvas or rope.

| Brewing western | Herbal infusion: Use 2 grams of herbs per cup (200ml) and brew cool, around 90°C, allow to steep for 2-3 minutes and infuse at least 3 times. |
| Cold Brew | Cold infusion, use 10 to 16 grams of tea per liter of cold water. Let the tea steep overnight in the fridge, 12 to 15 hours. You can vary with the proportions for example to add sparkling water afterwards. |
| Shelf life | Store this product cool, dark, dry and airtight; after a year the fresh taste develops into a more mellow taste. |
