Gao Shan, High Mountain Formosa Oolong, competition grade, geplukt op 10 april 2023 regio Hualien, van Mount Chike, gelegen aan de oostkust van Taiwan. Een hoge kwaliteit oolong van de Daye variëteit. Kenmerkend voor deze kwaliteit thee is dat hij zeer vrijgevig is en je hem dus zeer vaak opnieuw kunt opschenken. De thee doet denken aan witte bloemen, grapefruit, een parfum, aangenaam fluwelig in de mond, strakke puntige smaak, dorstlessend zonder bitters en nogmaals, zeer vaak opnieuw op te gieten.
