Indian Lapsang Souchong, pine wood smoked tea, from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. This tea has a rich and strong taste and a golden clear color. The leaf has a low degree of oxidation to create a lively, light and floral tea with fruity notes. This tea also has a pleasant bitterness that can be combined well with food. Great tea to drink with milk.

| Brewing western | Black/Red tea: Use 2 grams of tea per cup (200ml) and brew hot, around 90°C, allow to steep for 3-5 minutes and infuse at least 3 times. |
| Cold Brew | Cold infusion, use 10 to 16 grams of tea per liter of cold water. Let the tea steep overnight in the fridge, 12 to 15 hours. You can vary with the proportions for example to add sparkling water afterwards. |
