Jasmine scented Bai Hao Yin Zhen, also called silver needle white tea. A white tea made in the northern Chinese province of Fujian, during a few days harvested in March, picked just before the buds open. Silver Needle has a characteristic needle-like shape, covered with tiny white hairs. The taste is strong and persistent, and the taste is fresh with butter, nutty flavor.
This white tea is scented with night-blooming jasmine flowers, this provides the perfect balance of delicate white tea taste and sweet jasmine scents.
Brewing: 2g per cup and 10 g per pot (about 1 liter) water 75 º C, steeping time 2 to 5 minutes, resteep several times.
