Wenshan Pouchong, ook wel Bao Zhong Blue Tea genoemd, biologisch gecertificeerde thee uit Wenshan Taiwan (Formosa). Het droge blad heeft een prachtige donkergroene (emerald) kleur, een teken van kwaliteit. Deze heldere thee heeft een fluwelen afdronk en geeft een heldere complexe verfrissende groene thee smaak met een subtiele aromatische florale afwerking die doet denken aan groene appels en meloen. De thee heeft een heerlijke nasmaak, zowel in de mond als in de neus.
