Summery 2023 Persian Red OP, Red tea hand-picked from Qaleh Roudkhan, in the mountains of Gilan, Iran. This Orange Pekoe tea with a refreshing, palate-cleansing taste and a lingering grapey aftertaste is produced by the young company Lo Artisan. Gilan is a tea region on the southern shore of the Caspian Sea. This tea is originally highly dosed (4-8 grams per 200ml), and steeped for a very long time, as long as fifteen minutes. This is easy because this tea has no bitterness at all.
