Oolong tea

Oolong tea (qing cha) it's taste and oxidation is between green tea and black tea, and you'll find a wide variety of flavors and aromas's. There are many different varieties and production styles, this gives them a unique combination of flavonoids, carbohydrates, amino acids, sugars and essential oils. These substances are the building blocks of the gastronomic qualities. The smell is warm and nutty as freshly roasted arabica beans, or more the smell of a bouquet of flowers.
