Fruity Wuyi Rou Gui 'Cinnamon' Oolong tea, harvest spring 2021, from the Long Juan Dongshan, Anxi Quanzhou, Fujian, China. This tea has a beautiful intense, flowing, balanced taste with fruity, warm spicy, mineral properties. This Rou Gui is medium roasted and the wet leaves have a dark green appearance. The tea gives a beautiful golden brew, and can be poured very often if brewed in the Gongfu way. Rui Gui is a Wuyi Oolong tea (also known as Yan Cha or Cliff Tea); the name "Rou Gui" literally means cinnamon. Rou Gui is a very old type of tea, known for its rich taste and often served with food. The tea was first developed during the Qing dynasty.

The tea is produced in a traditional way: hand-picked and processed by hand.
