Wenshan Pouchong, also called Bao Zhong Blue Tea, organic certified tea from Pinglin, Wenshan Taiwan, and originally also comes from this region. The tea garden is located in a pristine area, we visited this tea garden in April 2025. This version is made from the Jin Xuan (金萱) variety, which provides a creamy soft edge in addition to the clear floral flavors. Pouchong tastes slightly more complex and fuller than a green tea due to the method of processing.
